We just ran out of room for picture files... any easy way to increase this?

This is the warning we are getting when we try to upload an image...

Add a hard drive? Buy more web space?

James, you haven't told us if you're on a shared machine, a dedicated machine, what the rest of your site contains, how much space you have............. There really is no way to answer the question as you presented it.

We are running on 2 servers... one for the DB and the other is a web server.... Lots of memory and lots of HD space. Evey thing else looks seems to be OK, we just cannot attach pictures.

That double slash concerns me - has the paths or URLs been changed. You might check the path settings in the config file for a trailing slash.

Could also be a permission problem. You might want to check if the webserver is able to read/write your /tmp directory aswell as the directory where the images should be moved into.

If you have run out of room (with lots of disk space) and permissions are set correctly, have you looked at the user quotas?
