I continue to have users who cannot login or post messages. I have referred them to a guide that was previously posted to this forum but none of the suggestions seems to work. ie. clear your cookies, change your settings for Norton Firewall etc.

Is there a new guide or an outline for what users should do?

Are they getting error messages? Any kind of messages? Can you reproduce the problem?

Oh, and there is a FAQ that comes with the board that gives suggestions (click the FAQ link). Maybe it's the same one you used? It's called "Help! I'm having trouble logging in"
