I've setup mysql on my local server, and installed php along with phpmyadmin.

When I run phpmyadmin, the 'create database' link is disabled and displays 'No Privileges' underneath.

Is there a special login I need to setup in a config file, or perhaps I missed some security rights on some folder on my PC?

I think this is holding my back from being able to setup UBBThreads database. I'm trying to setup a test environment for the latest beta for 6.5 and a few of the interesting mods.

BTW...Is there a ballpark figure on when I would have the fine opportunity of setting up 6.5 final release? I'm very impressed with the new features and functionality already. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
