We are having a lot of problems with out mail notification. I think it ois Novell Groupwise. It seems that we only get the mail in a nice format with ubbcode enabled and everything else off. It there a way to make the entire board have just ubbcode and make it the default.

Edit your forums, and in each set "Allow markup?" to Yes. (You will probably also want to set "Allow HTML" to No.)

Then in Edit Config Settings : User Settings, set "Allow users to turn on/off markup or html (if enabled) when they post" to No. That should do it.
