UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 6 Version 6 Support Anyone here or on threadev.com come up with an import for phpbb2?

I saw back in June that there was an import utility which was next in line to get done but have not seen if it actually got finished yet.

Any progress being made.

I converted from Phorum to phpbb2 awhile back and left all the threaders bummed so I have finally made the decision to pay the bucks and get this forum, but am seeing that I could have a great deal of problems transferring the files.

Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, 6.5's import utility doesn't support phpBB imports. It supports UBB.classic, eve, vBulletin 2, and Invision.

So, when do you think this will be released to your members.

I am going to buy a five year subscription but think I should probably wait as I want to, (make that NEED to), be able to transfer my current database from phpbb to ubb.threads.

Rather than make a bunch of work for us, it would probably be better for me to just wait until the importer is available.
