We check all new registrations due to some abusers of the site. When somebody registers, they get a message that the account needs to be approved and that they will receive an email. When I approve the account, the user can log-in, but does NOT receive an email. Probably this has to do with spamkillers? I asked for my password here and discovered the mail in my yahoo account in the bulk mail folder.... emailhave

I've found that yahoo, hotmail and AOL often will catch non-human generated email as SPAM if users have enabled that option.

Users need to know when they register that they may need to look for registration email in the SPAM folder if their filtering is too high. Or require them to use a real ISP email address. Alot of sites block all the "free" email accounts to eliminate multiple signups and trouble makers.
