Hello,

I have installed the trial version of UBB Thread and when I log in at the end of the installation and I want to go to the admin area, I get the message that I need to login to enter the admin area. So, I login again and I still receive that message...

What's wrong??

Sounds like your cookies are not being kept. You might want to check the level of security on the computer. Is it set to high and you are rejecting cookies.

Also check your computer's date and time. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Were you a long time wwwthreads user - what happens if you edit your profile and change your password?
If you were a long time user and have never changed your password, it might not be encrypted correctly.

So you're not able to stay logged in? That could be a cookie problem, have you tried deleting your cookies and logging in?

Beyond that, someone might need to look - you might want to open a ticket with infopop.
