I was about to install v6.5 a week or so ago, but was informed that I should wait until v6.5.1 comes out due to post tracking and cookie issues.

I'd like to upgrade to the latest release and take advantage of what is offered.....

Thank you,
Mark

Yes, me too. I've got my 6.5 site on hold due to the errors and I'm eager to release 6.5.1. Any ETA?

Yeah they've been very tight-lipped about this. I understand it's impossible to give an exact date. Still we're paying customers and some of us may need this information to effectively plan our upgrade strategy. Personally I think it's an affront that we can't even get an estimate or approximation. As web designers and developers ourselves, I'm sure we all know how release dates can slip and we're willing to be flexible. This policy of withholding information from your customers is one reason why we'll be going elsewhere when our UBB subscription expires.

If we had a date to give you, we would. But we don't. So we can't.

6.5.1 is currently in private beta testing. When we're satisfied that all the bugs have been stomped, it will be released.

Well. I dont think some of the other forumsoftware companies does things radically different. I also own a vbulletin license and I know from experience they dont! Its simply prudent behavoiur. But at good rant always makes you feel better
