As I think I just typed to ya over at ThreadsDev:

Threads 6.5.1, which is currently in public beta, can import from Invision 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3. We can't import from 2.0 currently.

The import spec file currently isn't published, as I need to do a little more QA on it. If you open up a support ticket, we can send it to you, however.

(It works fine in Threads & Classic - the QA is just for Eve.)

We publish all of the available import specs at http://www.infopop.com/yaml/

The Invision one isn't there currently, as it's still in QA. With luck, I'll be able to get it past that phase today and published very soon. If you need it before then, please open up a support ticket, including the URL to this topic, and ask that the ticket be assigned to me.

Now, if you wish to MAKE an import spec file... that's another thing entirely. I would suggest by looking through all of the available ones. The format may well jump right out at you...

Do note that it's best to try importing with 6.5.1, as there are a couple known issues in the 6.5 importer that could prevent it from working as expected.

You can make a test install of 6.5.1 and play around with things there. (This is permitted under the license.)

You'll also want to read this topic on UBBDev, which has some additional information on the process... it's actually quite out of date now, but it should give you a more general idea about what's going on.

If I may ask without getting banned again, why on earth would you switch from IPB?
