Hello - I want to send selected registered users emails from time to time - can I export a .txt file (or another format) rather than use the email all function form with UBB?

6.5 and higher, just search for the members you want from member management, for action, select "email" then you'll have the option to use the built in emailer, or export the list of addresses. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

and for 6.3.2. - no options?

You'd probably need to work at the database level in that case - look into MySQL's "SELECT INTO OUTFILE", or writing a small bit of code.

I would advise upgrading instead - there are lots of known issues with 6.3. 6.5.1 is faster, more stable, and more secure...
