How to tun off the Calandar, so it is not visable any more?

The calendar cannot be turned off.

If you really want it gone, you can either edit the template to hide it, or edit the code to prevent it from working at all, or see if there's a modification out there that will allow you to turn it off or hide it. Of course, if you choose any of these options, we cannot support you.

Webby - you can edit the template to NOT link to the Calendar, and then just make sure you set the Feature Settings in Admin for Calendar events to ONLY be added by Admins. That way the option does not even show up for everyone else.

Don, your reply contradicts Laurie R's reply on editing templates, etc. Saying you cannot support someone who edits out the link to the Calendar is silly.
