Probably not possible, but thought I would ask.

I want to backup a board and move it to a new server. For reasons that are too stupid to go into, it would be best if I could do this without asking the person who owns the domain. (In short, this person will not be happy that we will no longer be using her services and I'm worried she will delete the whole board out of spite.)

I cannot use the backup database in the CP, because it returns a CGI error. I do not have phpMyAdmin or shell access to this server.

I do have access to the "Execute an SQL command" area. Is there an SQL command that will allow me to get a complete backup of the entire DB?

No you can't do it through there. Do you have access to FTP? You could upload something like phpMyAdmin or phpmybackup and do it from there.

Thanks, Josh -- unfortunately, I don't.

Well, we'll just have to approach frontally and let the chips fall where they may.

My uinderstanding from the board setup is I'll be over at YOUR site soon working on modifications. :-)
