Hello,

we're using version 6.5 and we have a special problem:
some of our forums should not appear on the main index - but if we link to them from another page they should be visible to guests too.

Using different group access for logged in users would not fit our needs.

Does anyone have some hints?

In ubbthreads.php
there is the query that pulls all the boards

// -------------------------------------------
// Now get the entire of boards in this category

Under:

WHERE t1.Bo_Active = '1'

add:

AND t1.Bo_Keyword !='Forum1'
AND t1.Bo_Keyword !='Forum2'
....


Forum1 and Forum2 are forum keywords of the forums you don't want to show up.

You can add as many forums there as you wish.
