They already announced that it was delayed in the latest newsletter and ted posted this - you're looking at summer before a beta.

Just to clarify what Josh said, the beta release for the NEW product will probably come out this summer. We expect the public beta of UBB.threads 6.5.2 to be in the Member Area sometime later this week. Yay!
