If you are looking for the existing table structure, you can easily find out this information once you have the software installed by using a tool such as phpMyAdmin.
As for upgrading - there is a specific reason that we use scripts for this function rather than trying to describe the changes. Please use the scripts directly.
I certainly used scripts, but I have personally found in them some mistakes and now I am not assured that at me the base has correct structure, therefore and I ask structure from you for check.
