... for the upgrade ... is it enough to copy the *.php files in root directory and in admin directory?

save your language File local, upload all files (except your config files) and do the update. then get Beyondcompare from scootersoft and compare your local saved language file to the new uploaded.
With this software you can easy find the missmatches and edit the files as you like. You can easy find missing keywords with it while comparing the new english language file to your old translated language files. Just watch the keywords while comparing and ignoring the textstrings.

Actually I thought the 6.5 upgrade tool does this for you. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Make a backup copy in case I'm wrong, but the whole point of the 6.5 upgrade tool was to save you all that. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Simply run the tool and it'll add only new strings to any languages you have. Thus if there are new strings, you'll have to translate though, but I don't believe it changes existing strings. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
