Hello.

I would like to upgrade our board from v5.46 to the latest version of threads - I understand I first have to upgrade the 5.46 version to classic 6.7.2 correct?

Well how do I get the classic versions needed to get to version 6.7.2 classic from 5.46? I was going to open a support ticket to ask, but it requires all kinds of logins and passwords in an open email - it's not even encrypted so I backed out.

Call me a coward but thats wrong.

I can only agree.
I was going to raise a ticket yesterday, however when I saw what information was required to be completed I backed out as well.
I'm sure assistance can be given without needing all this information. And even if it is required, surely they can request this via more secure means.

Their ticket system runs over SSL and it does not transmit field information via email, only notificiations regarding the ticket are sent via email.
