Mods with no access rights to other forums are able to carry out these commands there due to a security issue.

One of my mods has used the following command to demonstrate this flaw in a forum over which he has no special rights:

http://www.mecz.org/ubbthreads/stickpost...amp;from=thread

Please advise as to how we can fix this problem.

Yes, but you have to fix about a dozend files. All you have to do is to put in a check if the moderator is mod on particular board.
