I've seen this once in a great while, but normally, using Firefox, I don't see any errors.

thats a server generated error message and have nothing to do with a browser. It comes and go.

That's difficult to say. What if the script gathers any data about the browser and then processes it? In this case it COULD be browser related(not saying that it is...)
