We just purchased our license, but attempts to download the zip file results in an error: 'You are not allowed to download from <unknown>! If your browser does not support forwarding, please use this link.

Chat help told us to post a ticket, which we just did. But it says we will hear back within 3 days!
Any ideas?

Someone at UBB sent me a modified download address, and that worked fine. Thanks for your suggestion though!
