Hi all !

I have a big Problem with my Board ! I want to use it in the frameset of my homepage ! With the old Board no problems with it.

When i open my Board in the Frameset of my Homepage the cookies do not work correctly ! User can not Login. He entered his Name and his Password - Login is OK but than the Message:

you are not logged in ....

is shown is the statusbar of the Board.

When i start the Board as a new Window no problem with loggin in ...

PLEASE HELP !!!

Nice that anyone tries to help ....

Because i want to take a new Server for my Homepage and my Board i can´t given you the URL of my Page and the complete Board!

But i uploaded the Frameset and the html code of ultimatebb.cgi

This are the same Frame-files i want to use on my Homepage !


Is it OK ???? Or must I upload all Homepage and Board Files that you can help me ?

ohhh .. If its important. The Board is not on the same server as my Homepage !

Getting back on topic..

A couple of things for you to try - very difficult without the concrete example. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

1) Remove the scroller javascript, just to make absolutely sure that it isn't intefering.

2) Double check the URLs being used - the CGI url you use in the frameset must be IDENTICAL to the one you use in the control panel..
