What can I do? -Mike

Not sure how you draw that conclusion from the picture supplied  unless you think that "review" was a typo for "renew" - which I'm betting it wasn't.
I let my sub lapse for 6 months but could still login - to be told that on order to download the latest version from the member's area - I needed to "renew" my subscription.
Given the high level of after sales support you get here for a product which is, in all liklihood, the life blood of most sites which feature a UBB, I think that $99.00 p.a. is good value.

He said even if it were expired...I can still update the information.
And for a 16 year old web developer who just wants to make a professional site LEGALLY...I think 99 is outragous. I'm not ready to jump on the piracy bandwagon...though I'm good friends with a few who have, I think I should be able to at least update my information for my LIFETIME license.

Whoa folks, this customer is not trying to update their UBB, they are just wanting to update their contact information with Infopop (ie, changed their email address, UBB site location, etc.) which by the way doesn't cost anything to do as Jacob pointed out to the customer.
Unfortunately I'm just as confused as this customer because I don't see where you do that anymore. It used to be in the entry area of the Members Area, but no more. I tried my expired members area login myself and no where does it allow me to change my email address or other contact information.

amp - now I'm clear about what you're trying to achieve -
Seems others, like me, thought you were talking about a license upgrade for $99.
I agree with you now - It seems to have changed since I renewed my subscription, as Doug said - you cannot access any area to change your info without paying - that's very sad!

The link I provided should have allowed you to edit your license info without renewing the license (which I understood what you were wanting to do from your post). (the "action=review_license" in the link should had pointed it out. )
Bradley Noe Moderator UBB.Classic How Do I? Please note, I do not offer support via email!
I will look into this later this week. In the meantime, if you need to make changes to your license account, you can simply fill out a support ticket and we can manually make the change for you.
Okay-- this bug has been fixed. You can now edit your license info in the Member Area, even if your access has expired. Sorry for any inconvenience this caused before.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. And thanks for taking the initiative (even as CEO) to help a consumer with his problem. My faith in Infopop has been restored...and I'm a happy customer.
Take it easy guys and thanks for the quick help
