Our board is going private. We curretnly have 6800 members and will have 200 when we do so.

Is there any way around deleting those who will not be members 1 at a time?

Is there any way of opening up the numbers of those previously registered to new members?

Our current version is 6.01 and we are looking at upgrading. Should be upgrade before we enter into this undertaking or after?

No, one by one or starting over are your only choices as far as I know.

You should upgrade beforehand - the member search utility in 6.5 is far, far superior to that in 6.01... you can quickly find and delete inactive users.
