UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 6 Support Password Retrieval without SMTP

I'm hosted on a unix server, but they use qmail instead of sendmail. Also.. for SMTP they use POP before SMTP authentication. I'm assuming that in a situation like this there aren't any workarounds to allow UBB to send email. I can live without those features if needed, but then I don't know how users can retrieve lost passwords. Any suggestions?

OK.... assuming that that's a no, how would I go about turning off the lost password retrieval feature so that when they click on the link it instead just asks that they email the admin?
