Unfortunately, Infopop doesn't have any 6.3.0beta demo boards running. However, any of the private beta testers will be running unhacked boards. So you can try:

(Both have redirects to the actual ultimatebb.cgi page).
Files to upload: basically all the cgi-bin and noncgi folders.
However, which hacks are you running on 6.1? If any of them added profile fields, you need to be careful and ensure they don't overlap the UBB's new fields. (We're using many more fields than we were in 6.1)
There are several ways to determine if that's a problem:
-Examine the hack
-Contact the hack's author
-Post at UBBDev
-Worst case scenario: let us know here which hacks you've got installed and we'll see if we can help (we *don't* support hacked boards but we'll do what we can do)
If you do have extra fields, you may have to obtain a utility from UBBDev to remove those fields from all profile files, before upgrading.
Anyway, that should give you a bit to think about. Let us know how things go and we can proceed from there.
