I got it from a beta script site.. can't remember the url... but is there a free version of UBB? I'm only 16 and love the board and can't pay over £200 just for a script for my sites!!!

Say what you want... but i found the beta verion (which is what i have) on a beta script site.

If thats piracy then I'll try to find the site again... and post it here....

But i am 16... and i don't have a spare £300 for the forum... if i had it.. i would... cos UBB is great.

But seriously... i would like there to be a free version out there!

The version you are using was released to a closed beta group. It is commercial software, which cannot be used without a license.

The only version which does not require payment is the demo, available here.

At this point, I would advise you to remove the version you are using.
