Hello,

I need to add an introduction page describing the message board. It needs to be inserted between the login page and the main forum. Is there a less painful way to do it without writing crazy Perl/CGI scripts.

No, something would have to be written.

Have you thought about using the Forum Intro? (CP > General > Forum Summary Options > Forum Introduction) Or maybe the Board Rules, with the Force Registered Users to Agree to Changed Rules checked? That would require users to view that page whenever they login IF there are changes. (CP > Registration Settings)

Yeh the UBBDev thread is about all this will be discussed on; for the sheer fact the infopop board here is mainly for support and not modding.
