at my forum one of my users have the problem that his ratings (stars) are not visible....

What can I do?

Have the user make sure that the Allow your user rating to be publicly displayed? box is checked in their profile.

Does the user have under 4 stars, and do you have the conditional rating display enabled?

yes the user have under 4 stars, and I have the conditional rating display enabled... thats it...
