Hi,
my forum states the following (when the "Recent Visitors" link is clicked on the main page):
"Our visitor record is 278, set on May 18, 2004 07:30 PM."

However, it also says that in the past 30 minutes there were 118 visitors.

I would have thought that there would be thousands of visitors during the entire day.
What type of members does the "278" figure actually include?

278 in 30 Minutes. That happened to happen on May 18th at 7:30

It shows the record within the timespan of the recent visitors. So if you have 4k visitors in half an hour it'll show 4000 until it goes over that, then it'll display that number.
