I want to create a forum that ONLY the administrator can post in BUT all members can read. Is that possible? If so, how? Thanks in advance. Mark

Simple:

Create/Edit a Forum.
Go to the Permissions Tab
in the radio buttons at the bottom, select Authorized Registered Users for both. That automatically grants admins and moderators of the forum posting rights.
