We have started a newsletter and are using the internal UBB email members function. A few members have requested not to receive the Admin emails and set their preferences accordingly.
Problem is, they are still receiving our email. I checked their individual user accounts and the "Accept Admin emails" box is un-checked.
Why are they still receiving our Admin email?
