I'm trying to add a menu to my pages, it seems to work on all pages except for the very first page of my forums. Nor did the style changes take place. The URL to my board is http://www.sheepfearme.com/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi

You need to set your Styles for the forum summary to match your forums. It has been a couple of years since I've done that on a 6.3 board and the CP has changed since then. I seem to vaguely remember something about there being a Style Associations option when you are editing the styles.
