I've just had a reminder that my membership access is due for renewal around the 3rd August. The last update for UBBC was 20th August 2004 so why pay for 12 months of nothing?
I know that the new version will be along eventually so can I let it lapse and renew then?

The only reason for renewing a license is upgrades; you can (as most do) let your license lapse and renew it when you want to upgrade to the next version.

The only real updates that I've heard of about 6.7.3 is some improvements to the importer; I believe that there will be no more feature additions to UBB.Classic or UBB.Threads as UBB.NG is the focus (and will be MySQL based).

It'd be better to discuss NG on the NG thread which is available here vs hijacking this thread. [/qb] The member area renewal is the same reguardless of the status of your license; so long as it is a valid license it can be renewed.
