I just purchased the ubb last night for American Red Cross. I followed every step in instruction till the step 8 (Open Control Panel in Your Web Browse) I don't see any link called General Settings. Could you please help!!!

Post the URL to your cp.html file.

I got it to work but this time when I click on general setting link "the page can't be display" I set cplinks.html base "<base href="http://www.redcross-indy.org/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/">

what am I doing wrong here? please help

Did you set up the server yourself, or was perl already set up? It sounds like a perl mapping problem.

No Interland host our website, I already ask them and they said it already map.

You need to enter your correct paths now in the control panel.

Another Question, I went into user/information to delete a user. I used Admin5 account and it won't let me delete.

please help

Every time I create new user or modify user I got this errors:

Server Error: "550 Unable to relay for []dbui@redcross-indy.org[/] "


Server Error: "554 No valid recipients "


Server Error: "500 Unrecognized command "


please help!

Have you set your email settings correctly? Those are SMTP errors.
