For what reason I don't know, but since this morning I can't start up my UBB-forum.
I've got the following msg:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [][email protected][/] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

How can I solve this problem? Where can I find my server error log? Do I have to re-install the whole software again?

Thanks for any help!
Peter

It is difficult, if not completely impossible to properly diagnose most UBB problems without knowing which version of the UBB you are using, as well as the FULL URL to your Ultimate.cgi, NOT a link to your webpage. Please provide this information. Thanks. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Normally you should get responses within 2 business days (and normally within a few hours!) - what is your ticket number?

Kristi has informed me that you neglected to provide proper FTP information. She says she's emailed you three times asking for updated FTP information, and has yet to receive it.....
