What is the URL to your control panel?

Ensure that you have uploaded all files except images in ascii, permissions are set correctly, and that the correct path to perl 5 is specified in the .cgi files.

In your FTP client there should be some transfer mode options; ASCII, binary, and Auto Mode. To upload in ASCII, choose the ASCII transfer mode.
