This is available in UBBT 6 , but cancelled in UBBT 7. I don't know why. I think odd/even color in thread is better. I also think special color notifying which thread are newly-replied is more eye-catching. Is it possible to add these back in the future version ?

As UBB.T was recoded from the ground up for UBB7 a lot of items to cater to in both products where added (and even on the list of items that don't exist yet), as this was a huge undertaking with a limited timeframe, not everything could be added back in the initial build.
