Just went to a forum, and a box appeared just beneathe the header above the topic / forums list (on every page), which I thought was nice.
"Hello <username>, it appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our forums?"
I guess this is admin configurable as to how soon it appears - but none the less it was nice to see.
) - but this is automatic - a bit like the birthday greetings that could go at the top on the users birthday.
