I have a vote running that was due to begin
at noon today. And ending at the end of the month.
Once i made the Poll i done a quick test to make
sure i couldnt vote before hand.
I returned today after the time which had been set
to being voting and i was inforumed.

Do not permit users to view results unless they have voted.
I am Admin and 1 other moderator picked up on this
as they tried to vote 1 hr before.
And as me after the time to start were informed that
they had already voted.
I'm sure i didnt vote for who i wanted,
as this is an Anual vote we run for car of the year
so its a biggy
