• This riser cable only supports M.2 WiFi interface, NOT for WWAN (3G network card) or mSATA (SSD) interface.
• BIOS whitelist limitation exists on HP & Lenovo laptops, which may prevent your network card from working. Please verify compatibility of your laptop and network card BEFORE purchase.
• Not compatible with equipment older than 4 years due to aging and oxidation of electronic components.
• Half-height bracket comes as standard. Leave a message "Include full-height bracket" during checkout if you need a free full-height metal bracket for full-height PCIe slots.

FAQQ: Is the cable flexible and bendable?

A: Cable thickness is 1.4mm, relatively stiff, but bendable, and bending will not affect usage.

Q: Does it fit full-height PCIe slots?

A: Default is half-height bracket. Write "Include full-height bracket" in buyer notes at checkout, we will send a free full-height bracket to fit full-height slots.

Q: Does it need external power supply?

A: This product has well-designed power circuit, no extra external power is required for basic operation.

Note: SATA power cable included in package must be connected for 12V power supply.

Q: Why do cheap risers crash or blue screen after less than one year?

A: Same PCIe specification, but quality varies by material and design. Poor PCB material and bad design may cause CAF micro-short circuit under harsh environment and trigger system crash. Our ADT risers use high TG160 PCB material and fine craftsmanship to greatly lower failure risk.

1. Check connector orientation before plugging in. Incorrect insertion will burn your device. Hold the socket firmly while inserting, do NOT use excessive force to avoid breaking socket pins.
2. Motherboards and devices have different signal driving capabilities. Signal loss is inevitable for any extension cable. Do NOT buy if you have ultra-high strict requirements for signal quality.
3. This item is intended for professional engineers only. Do NOT purchase if you lack DIY installation capability.
4. Compatibility risks exist for all adapter cables. You must verify compatibility with your motherboard and device system by yourself. Do NOT purchase if you cannot confirm compatibility.
