• Sold AS-IS, pulled from a functioning system. Pulled from a corporate AV installation.
• We recommend a factory reset before use.
• The camera may still show as claimed in the prior owner's Crestron XiO Cloud account. This is a server-side claim that a factory reset does NOT clear. It does not block normal USB / HDMI / SDI / VISCA operation, but for Crestron XiO Cloud management the prior owner (or Crestron support) must release the device. Buy accordingly if cloud management matters to you.
• No AC power supply included (PoE or a 12V / 2.5A supply is required), unless pictured. Photos show the camera and base only.
