We recommend a factory reset before use.
The camera may still show as claimed in the prior owner's Crestron XiO Cloud account. This is a server-side claim that a factory reset does NOT clear. It does not block normal USB / HDMI / SDI / VISCA operation, but for Crestron XiO Cloud management the prior owner (or Crestron support) must release the device. Buy accordingly if cloud management matters to you.
No AC power supply included (PoE or a 12V / 2.5A supply is required), unless pictured. Photos show the camera and base only.
