- 2 Print Your Design
Load a Premium Plus A4 sheet into your printer, matte side facing the printheads. Print your mirrored design. The nano-matte coating ensures precise ink absorption with no bleed or feathering.
- 3 Apply Powder
While the ink is still wet, evenly apply the Premium DTF Powder over the printed design within 60 seconds. Shake off any excess — the anti-static formula ensures powder sticks only where ink was deposited.
- 4 Cure the Design
Place the film in your DTF dryer or curing oven at 230°–280°F until the powder is fully melted and the surface appears glossy and transparent.
- 5 Heat Press onto Garment
