The local user works and is enough to control the PDU via TrippLite’s PowerAlert software. There are some admin features you cannot use though. The web UI installed on the SNMPWEBCARD requires an old version of firefox and Java to work properly and I never got it to work right for me so I always used the PowerAlert software for management instead. Updating the SNMPWEBCARD requires the admin account which does not have a working password. You can always replace the card with a new one if desired.Sold AS IS.
