Custom EPROM cartridge for Atari 400 and 800 computers.
A specially designed printed circuit board and plastic cartridge case that can be used in the cartridge slot of an ATARI 400 or 800 computer system. The design allows for up to 8K bytes of EPROM for a game, application, or other custom use. These are original custom cartridges circa 1981 by Eastern House Software. Does not include EPROMs, there are various configurations of chips that are supported.
Supports 2716 and 2532 EPROMs by default, using option pads on the bottom of the cartridge, can support other types. EPROM types can be mixed
Manufacturer (brand) is Eastern House Software that no longer exists and isn't listed in the selectable brands for vintage components. I selected Atari as this is the only reasonable choice and the product was made specifically for 400 and 800 computers.
