The "Forget your password?" procedure works for some users but not for others in a 5.47b message board that I'm using. I've inspected the profiles for people who've told me it doesn't work for them, and I'm not finding anything wrong. Some users are able to get their passwords e-mailed to them using both Netscape and IE, however. Here's the URL for the control panel:
