The BASE HREF is still incorrect. Change it to http://www.meniketti.com/cgi-bin/ (note the / at the end of it).

I noticed when going to the correct URL however that it is coming up with Internal Server Errors. Please post a copy of your permissions here. To view permissions in WS_FTP, click the DirInfo button.
