Because of XHTML compatibility, [ code] tag's font is now in the regular size. It should be:<pre>test</pre>
I think the following fixes it:
Open ubb_lib_posting.cgi.

Find:
return qq~</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="$vars_style{FontFace}">$vars_wordlets{ubbcode_code}:</font><hr /><pre style="font-size:x-small; font-family: fixed;">$message</pre><hr /></blockquote><font size="$vars_style{TextSize}" face="$vars_style{FontFace}">~;
Replace with:
return qq~</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="$vars_style{FontFace}">$vars_wordlets{ubbcode_code}:</font><hr /><pre style="font-size:xx-small; font-family: fixed;">$message</pre><hr /></blockquote><font size="$vars_style{TextSize}" face="$vars_style{FontFace}">~;
