I got a complaint from some members that one of the forums was not letting them post, so I tried it myself, went into the forum, and tried to post a reply to a topic. The page freezed there like it was taking a lifetime to be posted. I went to maintenance in cp and tried to do forum stats for that forum, but even that didn't help, as the page would again freeze (making it look like I was with a 14.4k modem). I opened ftp and saw that in that forum, there was a number 000009.cgi which had 0 bytes. Wierd?! After I removed that from the server, the forum began to work fine as once.
A bug or not, frankly I didn't like it and I don't want this to happen again <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
