As much as I hate to say this, I think your host might be trying to do something that UBBClassic isn't capable of handling. I'll have to let Charles chime in on this, but if I'm not mistaken, running classic via a Network path is not a support configuration

As you can tell, that is a Network path at your webhost. Tell them to map it to a Drive Letter. If it were t:userhtdocscgi-bin it should work fine.
